First, make sure that you have Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 1 or higher installed. Click on the Help menu, then About Microsoft Office Outlook, and look for “SP1” (or “SP2” or a higher number). If you don't see it, follow these instructions to install the latest update from Microsoft.
Click on the Tools menu, then E-mail Accounts, then click New. Enter your name, e-mail address, and password, then your password again for confirmation. Click Next, and after a moment you should see a confirmation dialog box asking for permission to allow our server to configure your server settings. Verify that the URL displayed in the dialog box is:
Click Allow, then Finish.
